FIX: Default file prefix not updated #19

The current default is not a valid option and raises a KeyError when used. #17 updated export but not Serializer.

@awalter-bnl ‘twas a team/process failure. I merged it! :-)

We are accepting someone low functional test coverage (even though the line test coverage is excellent) at this point so these things are an expected cost.
