Various rearrangements, additions and changes to Ophyd tutorials

Moved the Ophyd tutorials to their own folder, with numbered prefixes, added a set method tutorial largely based on previous device notebook, and some misc path fixes, deprecation updates, typos.

@MikeHart85 I changed the following:

• Updated _toc.yml to new locations
• Moved all our old, stale notebooks into archive/. The REAMDE in that directory explains that the content there is not tested and maintained. It may work, or may work with minor changes, but is left in case it's still useful to someone and in the hope that it can be refurbished in the future.
• Changed Ophyd with EPICS/ to Ophyd/ because the "Array Detector" example does not involve EPICS. Maybe I have the wrong idea there; we can easily change it (back) later if we want to.
