Adds support for reading, writing, exporting, and importing internal skin param from AC1.01/DT1st

Looks good now, do you have anything more to add? If not, I'll merge it.

Everything should be good now as far as I know, the only thing being that I can't quite understand why collision on skirts specifically don't work correctly, my first guess was that it was due to later games ditching ellipse for sphere, but that didn't seem to affect much. Other collisions import fine though. At any rate, I don't have any more to add, should be good to merge.
