Parameters fields repetition inside "Preferences" panel in dashboard portlet #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In dashboard select a report containing at least one parameter. Then click 
"Save" and "Return to Full Page".
2. Next, click configuration icon and select "Preferences".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Parameters fields are repeated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Aperte reports 2.3-rc1

The issue no 21 describes the same problem.
