Aperte Reports Manager is temporary unavailable #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have Liferay + Tomcat bundle running.
2. Install and update Vaadin.
3. Install Aperte Reports through deploy folder.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected is to have Aperte reports installed, with four portlets and the AR 
Manager. 
Instead i see "The aperte reports manager is tempary unavailable".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Aperte Reports 2.4
