Protoc output parsers stopped parsing pattern "(.*):\\s*(--.*)". #193

In CodeGenerationErrorParser, the pattern to match was accidentally changed 
from "(.*):\\s*(--.*)" to "(--.*):\\s*(--.*):\\s*(--.*)".
