protobuf-dt only generating C++ code regardless of settings #214

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Upgraged to 1.2.4. Saved my .proto file to trigger code generation. Instead of 
generating Java code as specified in the global preferences and the project 
preferences, C++ code is generated instead.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Generated Java code
Actual Result: Generated C++ code

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.4
