Remove console.log #55

Hey,

Thanks for your great work.

Just one thing, could we remove these two lines: https://github.com/bluewatertracks/bwt-datatable/blob/cfe00a0761a2237eb7cd0c7f1aa8e10ebae72e76/bwt-datatable.js#L680 They are spamming the console ;)
