A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Swedish extended keyboard does not work in the Basebox DOS promt, and not in PC/Geos Ensemble. It seems that is is US keyboard which is cemented in the config. I cant print the letters åäö, the keys are dead. I have tried to change the the settings in Basebox from Auto to keybsv 850, but it did not help. When I change the settings in PC/Geos, it is written to Geos.ini. l suspect that it is the communication from the emulator to the physical keyboard which does not work

Steps to reproduce the behaviour.

Explain how to reproduce

  1. Start Basebox
  2. Start PC/Geos Ensemble
  3. Change keyboard to Swedish Extended KB in Preferences.
  4. Reboot PC/Geos Ensemble and open GeoWrite and try to write åäö.
  5. Exit Geos. At thenprompt, try to write åäö.

GitHub https://github.com › issues Swiss Keyboard not automatically selected by dosbox-staging, but it works ... Could this be a similar error?

I closed it by mistake

I have now checked every key on my keyboard in PC/Geos. I was wrong. I have Swedish keyboard, except for the letter åäöÅÄÖ. These three keys are "dead", nothing happens when I press the keys. When I close PC/Geos and get to Basebox. I have US keyboard, but the same three keys are "dead" as above, there is no semi colon, no colon, no dot, no comma. I suspect this is the same bug as I reported above in the comment
