There is glockapps and mailmonitor.
And some cold email providers do it, but I have never been fully happy with it personally
Instructions:
first build the basic lego blocks. Google postmaster. Spam assassin. DNS checks.
then assemble them for 1 domain and create an app that checks everything end to end and returns some sort of deliverable.
