Investigate frontend framework #144

The project is going to be rewritten for Laravel. Right now Frontend is build with Vue in mind. We should reconsider if we want to stick to Vue, switch to different framework, or to use pure Laravel Blades.

From what I remember, Vue has some external libraries with html containers for MapBox.

We will likely stick to Vue and implement Inertia along the way, with some Laravel Blade implementaton.
