#158 - Development environment fix #160

Fixes for the development environment and removal of GitHub Pages deploy. Exact changes:

fixed alias in Vite config to correctly convert paths on dev (previously @ were converted to weird @fs or not converted at all)
removed old index.html template, which is not currently used anywhere in project
removed deploy to GitHub Pages (as in #157 new version is going to use Laravel and database which are not supported)
updated readme (added command to run working dev environment, removed Deployment section for now)

Should close #158 and close #157.
