Error after accepting request with two approvals prevents user redirection #419

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login as an admin
  2. Create request that needs two approval (for example "Urlop wypoczynkowy")
  3. From show request view accept the request
  4. After accepting in dev console there is an error - and user can't go to other pages, unless he refresh page
