This PR enables Renovate bot in this repo.
Renovate config will be taken from shared preset located in blumilksoftware/infrastructure repo under /renovate/presets/default.json5 path.

Renovate config must be present on the default branch in order to use Renovate.
Additionally:
After Renovate tests I will remove Depnedabot configuration.
