Should close #454. Refactored reminder about upcoming ohs trainings or medical exams for users. Updated tests. Should be opened after #451.

  1. When I click "Anuluj" it redirects to request page
  2. What happens when someone has overdue ohs training and admin adds him a new one? I'm not sure if this query will work properly
