Should close #224.

Added reference model and CRUD views in admin panel. Description field is translatable via laravel-translatable.

  1. Please see the video below - after creating reference, the user is redirected to edit page and when he clicks button "Save" he is on creation page again

  2. I'm not a big fan of this "Utwórz i utwórz kolejny", but I don't know how to write it better

All resources have the same behaviour. I would like to stay with that.
