#218 - activities page

Activities are shown on home page rn. I added activities page under button show all, added details page to single activity and tags that gonna be expanded in #265.

When I create activity without public date, I see this in section "You might find this interesting" 👇 BUt maybe is it okay for us? I don't know.

Maybe we should set date as required?

1. When I create an activity in admin panel that publication date has today, on home page I don't see this activity and on list of all activities is last - I think that activities should be sorted by default from the newest

   2. When I'm on show activity page and change language I see 404 error
