issues after most recent update #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.load xbmc on atv2 firecore current
2.navigate to hulu
3.pick program of choice

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected 1 commercial and then program; got 3 commercials, back to episodes 
menu, more commercials, finally on 5th try original content requested

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ATV2 with current firecore, ATV Flash black current, XBMC current, hulu addon 
current today

Please provide any additional information below.
on going problem - frequently receive only commercials, many commercials or 
errors indicating that program could not load. Addon worked prior to most 
recent firecore and XBMC updates.
