subtitles not working for hulu

What steps will reproduce the problem?

no subtitles are seen at all. tried 30 rock and the office.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
xbmc eden 11.0
hulu addon version 3.4.3
win7 64-bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
enable captions - on
default cdn - limelight
network preroll - off
preroll ads - 0
trailing ads - 1
enable commercial breaks - on
commercials per break - 1
enable proxy - off

I can also vote for this issue ... I just tried installing the plugin, but the 
subtitles are not showing. I tried Family Guy.
