Amazon: Enhancement: Purchased movies in virtual source [PATCH] #143

This patch puts movies that you have purchased in the Amazon Movies virtual 
source.

To run, use the new context menu "Export to Library" on Videos>Video 
Add-ons>Amazon>My Library/Movie Library.

How it works:
It scrapes the Your Video Library > Movies page on Amazon (using the same 
technique for the menu), uses that information to cause that movie to be added 
to the movies.db, tags it as a favorite, and then calls the same routine that 
makes the favorites show up in the virtual source.

Tested on XBMC 11.0 with Amazon 0.4.6 under Linux (XBMCbuntu installed to disk)
