All add-ons show "broken" on XBMC 13.0 #248

1. Install XBMC 13.0
2. Add repo from zip
3. Try to install add-ons

I'd like to be able to install these add-ons, or at least test them with 13.0

This is XBMC 13.0 on Xubuntu 13.10

All addons are still using xbmc.python version=1.0 which needs to be updated to 
2.1.0
