Incompatible Add Ons for Gotham 13.2 OpenELEC #265

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installation of OpenELEC Gotham 13.2
2.Upload of bluecop repo via zip file
3.Attempt to add any addon via repo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ability to add addon via repo, instead all addons show incompatible.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest repo available from xbmc unofficial add-on repo link

Please provide any additional information below.
happy to do some troubleshooting to help test compatibility of add ons with 
more information on how to do this. thx.

I have the same issue as well.  When I loaded Blue Cop, All of the Addons say 
"Incompatible".  Is it because I am from Canada.  Is there a way to use Free 
Cable?  Any help would be appreciated.  Bob
