XBMC crashes when trying to install Hulu plugin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Addons -> Video Addons
2. Highlight Hulu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
XBMC should let me highlight, open and install the plugin. Instead, it crashes 
instantly when I move the selection cursor over it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XBMC 11.0~git20110927.b62c8c0-0ubuntu1~ppa1~natty from xbmc-team/unstable ppa
Ubuntu 11.04

Please provide any additional information below.
There's nothing in the XBMC log to indicate a possible cause. Debug log is 
attached anyway.

I've tried manually downloading the plugin from the repository but then it 
crashes when I move the cursor over the installed plugin.

Seems like this might be because fanart.jpg is actually a png. At least one 
other plugin shows the same symptom and there as well is referenced a jpg that 
is in fact a png. I haven't been through a significant sample of other addons 
yet to check if that's the case on any others.

Just noticed that issue 42 looks similar and might be due to the same issue.

Aaaand it's gone.

Updated to 11.0~git20111006.746f7b2-0ubuntu1~ppa1~natty which *appears* to have 
fixed the issue.

Might it be worth altering the repository to avoid this issue anyway?
