Ideas to improve and reduce Navi-X server load #244

Requests to improve Navi-X and reduce server load:

1. Cached Navi-X playlists.  Use available online storage services to cache 
playlists. This will reduce server load significantly. Use several online 
storage services, and code a new version of Navi-X to communicate, and rotate 
based on server load of each online service provider. Redundancy with this 
method would definitely speed up Navi-X. Madwiz92 did a great job with this, 
and I think that this method could be expanded.

2. Scapers. Build 90% of scapers that reside on server to be downloaded and 
reside right on the client side. Rather then every single client pc hammering 
one scraper server, the client side processes the scraper.

Just these two methods would reduce server load by 50% or more.
