Is this seen only in the first few images of the night? or in all images?

I see it in the corner of the central sub-frame coadds (09, 10, 15, 16), such as

Presumably you'll see it in the center of the raw images, at the moment last08w down though so I can't look for an example. The problem is present in 2024 March to 2024 June data so far.

I've looked at a few random March nights, including the first (2024-03-03) and last (2024-03-12) nights. The defect is present at the beginning as well as the end of every night (17 UTC - 03 UTC) I looked at.
Each June image that I looked at so far also has this issue, but not all of the M8 data seems to have been copied over to marvin, so while last08w is down I can't verify if it persists throughout the night in the June data.
So far it looks generally persistent.
8w resurrected so that you don't have excuses
