on last11e, some extra log files for 01e are created each time `last-unit-server` is started

the three /local/ files referring to unit01e are still generated as of 2024-03-14. They just contain lines like

Well, hmmm ...

• The ==== Started lines are Chen's artifact, I don't feel like doing anything about them :-)
• There's now a bit more log lines going in the files, so the === Started is not so lonely anymore :-)
