Duplicate elements, e.g. genre as subelement of subject and top level element #14

Questions: To how many elements does this apply? Do we need to carry both over into MODS RDF?

genre applies at the top level when a work is of a particular genre and it applies as a subject when it is about a particular genre. For example a book might be a work of science fiction, or it might be a book about science fiction. The same applies to name, title, etc.

From 1.29.14 call: We should be able to parse topic and genre separately One of the Tufts catalogers will weigh in on Github (RG) it depends on granularity (RD) We should compile a list of questions that need broad input and submit to the MODS user group for input
