Eliminate physicalDescription wrapper? #18

Issue #10 addressed both physicalDescription and originInfo. As opposed to originInfo, no good use case has been made so far to retain physicalDescription. Therefore, form, reformattingQuality, internetMediaType, extent, and digitalOrigin would be treated as direct properties as they are in the current MODS RDF draft: http://www.loc.gov/standards/mods/modsrdf-primer.html#physicalDescription Does that work for everybody?

Works for me: frankly, that wrapper never made much sense to me.

Sub-Working Group calls on 7/7 and 7/18 agreed to eliminate the wrapper for physicalDescription.
