Accessibility: Full keyboard rebinding #90

Key rebinding is a standard for modern PC games. Planet Blupi should provide keyboard rebinding for all major functions. This is also necessary for modern controller support. This will be very important when the engine is shared with Speedy Blupi.

Keyboard rebinding should be configurable in the config.json file for v1 and with a screen too for v2
