Code splitting for CommandRow.tsx and adaptive layout started.

STYLES NOT PROVIDED YET! Styles were completely removed because of adaptive board needed. Some typo fixed. ICommandInfo renamed to ICommandData Code splitting: new components CommandRow.tsx, InfoCell.tsx
