Crafting using items from within your inventory doesn't use up items

Steps to reproduce

Have the storage configuration interface down next to the storage crafting interface (with using player items enabled)
Craft anything that uses materials in your inventory

Materials within your inventory not contained in the storage system will not be used, though stuff within the system will still be used.
