This PR is for https://gitcoin.co/issue/bluzelle/swarm-of-duty/8/4196 bounty. Base project repo is located here: https://github.com/BardinPetr/bluzelle-csharp

Currently it is not finished fully (low tests coverage), so I'm open to further collaboration with Bluzelle and continuation of this project development after bounty.
