Do substances need to refer to a "mother" substance or "Muttersubstanz", and to a variant?

This is a matter for discussion with infoPhyto.

@RyanStuder-Work Please verify that this is a requirement. If so, we can tag it with the labels V2 and feature. If not, you can close it with a note that it was rejected.

@montanajava Dies ist gemäss InfoFito eine Anforderung, wie Substanzen künftig aufgeteilt werden könnten (Bsp. Unterteilung der Mikroorganismen). Dies muss somit für den Moment beibehalten werden. Werden sonst noch genauere Informationen benötigt?
