Lars is researching referential integrity across schemas
Essentially a duplicate of related issue in another Agrar-standard. Decided that the benefit is low or and more easily and perhaps better accomplished with good documentation (annotation).
Please review the XSD in relation to the following question:
Is our referencing of a type correct or should we be referencing Identifier
A prime example is where cultivationTypeType is referencing directpaymentCropType. That would seem to indicate that we are embedding the entire definition.
On one hand, I would say that that is "perfect". It tells a reader that we are referencing the process type that we are interested in. As this is not an Interface standard, then I would argue, why not?
However, in the case of those persons who interpret the XSD more strictly, they might come to the conclusion that we are literally specifying an embedding.
Can we resolve this via use of using XSD references?
