The report can also include data from the currentYear in which case the data is "provisional". Given that fact, the names as-is misleads. Recommendation: livestockSummaryReport

However, if we do this, we should likely add an attribute called "provisional" of type 0261:Veracity with restriction TRUE|FALSE.

Approved and renamed. However, "provisional" as attribute was not added.
