LivestockReportViaAnimalTrackingDataOriginal should be named ReportedLivestockViaAnimalTracingDataOriginal LivestockReportViaAnimalTrackingDataFinal should be named ReportedLivestockViaAnimalTracingDataFInal

This is not a report, but a data element in a report.

It also brings these into naming alignment with LivestockReportedViaAnimalTracing and SelfReportedLivestock

In Vs. 1 the naming had already been adjusted.
