Description

Implemented the support file, required to make works Blynk with Arduino MKRNB 1500:

Implemented the .adapter class;
Implemented the the header file BlynkSimpleMKRNB.h;
Implemented the example Example/Boards_GSM/Arduino_MKRNB/Arduino_MKRNB.ino

Issues Resolved support to Arduino NB with Arduino MKRNB library
