PR adds Seeed Wio Terminal support to the latest version of Blynk Edgent:

SSL connection added to Wio Terminal
Wio Terminal added to list of devices
Edgent connection example added to library Tested with Blynk IoT app version 1.1.3(33) on Redmi S2 (Android 9, MIUI 10.3.3 Global)
