Update Readme #7

Hi,

This is not exactly an "issue" but maybe will be good to put on the Readme.md that before use "yo knockout", the user needs to install the generator like this: "npm install generator-knockout" ;)

Thanks @juanmanuelarias. Looks like this issue was fixed by https://github.com/bmac/generator-knockout/pull/8 So I'm closing this for now.
