Interface quick_plot directly to Qt #111

Right now quick_plot uses either pgplot or plplot as a back end which have either non-existent or minimal support.

One thought is to write an interface to use Qt (Qt5, Qt6?) as a backend which could then be used with msys2 on Windows.

This is never going to get off the ground with the present manpower. So there is no sense in keeping this ticket open.
