dynamic aperture program taking too long with ramping #428

the dynamic aperture program with ramping is taking longer than it should. It was talking several hours for a single pz value. I can track 10000 particles through the long term tracking program significantly faster. It is possible this is not a bug, but could be that whatever scheme in the DA program does not work efficiently with ramping

@jeu8 Looks like ramping and radiation both on are causing slowness. Try turning off radiation (you should not need it for 500 turns) and report back.

It is much quicker without radiation. This should work for now. I am later planning to calculate the DA for a 8500 turn ramp where radiation will be important.

I will look at speeding things up. The problem now is that changing the ref energy causes an extensive coefficient recalc.
