Missing palette in example #25

When using the wizard to create the project example, the diagram loaded by default is missing the palette.

=> this is due to the new architecture framework, di file is missing reference to architecture.

This may be a little more tricky, the PapyrusdiagramStyle is diagramKindId="org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.diagram.class"

To keep the example css vs no css we may have to remain on UML architecture framework
