User friendly commands #1

The commands provided in org.eclipselabs.eaadapter.tools are not very user 
friendly:
- they block the UI 
- they store results in files with a global (not workspace aware) dialog

Save dialog is optional. Results are shown in a dialog. Commands provide UI 
feedback that they are running (if possible, they run as a background job).
