[FEATURE REQUEST] Add "Display Name" option based on core foundry display name value

Currently the values for "Display Name" are based on token disposition and ownership:

However, Foundry already has a core token data value for name visibility, as seen in the token configuration:

I would like to add another option to the module's Display Name setting - "Based on Token"

This would have the tooltip name displayed whenever the token, if potentially hovered/controlled, would have displayed the name.

This means:

• display the name if the token's Display Name setting is "Hovered by Anyone" or "Always for Everyone"
• display the name if the user owns the token and the token's display name is "Hovered by Owner", "Always for Owner", or "When Controlled"
• do not display the name otherwise

I think this would support the default use case of most users - they expect to see the name wherever they would have seen it without the module.
