[FEATURE REQUEST] Add "disabled" as a tooltip placement option #99

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We have a dedicated user for the tabletop feed for our livestream, but we like to disable as much over the overlay/HUD as possible to provide a clean view of the map and tokens. Sometimes while adjusting the map, we accidentally mouse over the tokens causing the overlay to show up.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like a "disabled" option in "tooltip placement" that will disable the overlay for that user.
