Update LMDB to 0.9.19 #87

The GitHub mirror of the project is out-of-date and a new version of LMDB has been released. It is available on the mdb.RE/0.9 branch of the OpenLDAP repository (commit 27f6160).

The mentioned commit is actually not a release. When the release is made a tag with name LMDB_0.9.19 should be created.
