1.1.3 gone from maven central, 1.1.0 still there #55

Hi!

Our repo is historically depending on this artifact,

ldap-maven-plugin/1.1.3

looks like it is gone from maven central. It is very strange that older versions such as 1.1.0 are still there.

any idea why?
