Add an option to not write to the Kolab server

Especially in respect to the calendar sync problems (but even without that prob 
it would be cool) there should be an option to only sync the phone's contacts 
and calendar to the server, but not write any changes back to the server or 
even delete stuff there. This would at least limit the effects of bugs to the 
phone and not destroy the calendar/contacts you got on your account on the 
server which would mean stuff is gone everywhere you sync to.

E.g. I use mostly Kontact on my Notebook to set up contacts and events and the 
phone would more or less be read only anyway. In such scenario syncing to the 
server from the phone is not needed at all.

Seeing that this was already accepted and there is a RoadMap for a release on 
the market I think this should be added there, no?
Reason: As long as there is the least possibility that a sync screws up data on 
the server I wouldn't use it on a production account. Think there could be 
others who are thinking the same ;)

Still 0.8 seems to have made a loooot of progress. Thanks a lot =)

Catching this ImapReadonly exception and "accept" it if the user has selected 
an option to not sync contacts to the server might be a good way to implement 
this.

We should "show" the user (in status for example) that we skipped writing X 
contacts back to the server, though.
