Seeing that this was already accepted and there is a RoadMap for a release on
the market I think this should be added there, no?
Reason: As long as there is the least possibility that a sync screws up data on
the server I wouldn't use it on a production account. Think there could be
others who are thinking the same ;)
Still 0.8 seems to have made a loooot of progress. Thanks a lot =)

Catching this ImapReadonly exception and "accept" it if the user has selected
an option to not sync contacts to the server might be a good way to implement
this.
We should "show" the user (in status for example) that we skipped writing X
contacts back to the server, though.
