Phone-Calendar: (Kolab-)Event not editable, calendar crashes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sync calender
2. Open (kolab-) event in calender
3. Event will be shown correctly (subject, date, time, calender)
4. Edit event
5. "Process com.android.calendar has unexpectedly stopped"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to edit that event, but the calendar crashes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6 & 0.7
Android 2.2.1 (GT-I9000)

Please provide any additional information below.
SyncKolab with contacts works perfect from phone over kolab to thunderbird and 
back, except the calendar.

Additional comment:
The usage of the kolab-android app within the "Business Calendar Free" app [1] 
works very well and without any problems. The reported problem doesn't appear 
in that app.
So maybe the problem is out of scope of this app...

Issue as been fixed with kolab-android v0.8.

We did nothing ;-)

But I personally watched many troubles with the calendar provider. It crashed 
very often. Maybe newer versions of android fixed them, maybe we handle the 
provider more carefully (like reading all events at once, that helped much)
