Delete ResetWorkers, removing the account has the same effect #61

Purpose of code changes on this branch:

Deleting an Account will delete all contacts & events associated with it. So 
there's no need for a ResetWorker.

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:

Is my observation correct, that when an Account is deleted, all contacts & 
events are deleted

After the review, I'll implement it:

I "think" you're right about this.

During development I accidentally had my calendar entries removed because I 
deleted the calendar. And if you delete the sync account it deletes the 
calendar. So I guess for the calendar this is correct too.
